摘要 <p>A center (30) compares the current position of a vehicle with an area to which an advertisement is delivered, and also compares the current time with a time period for which the advertisement is delivered. According to these comparisons, if the vehicle is in that area and if the current time is in that time period, then the center (30) transmits advertisement information, area information and time period information to an information terminal apparatus (10) mounted on the vehicle. The vehicle-mounted information terminal apparatus (10) then uses a display device (17) to display, based on the transmitted advertisement information, the advertisement externally to the vehicle. The apparatus (10) also displays the advertisement if the current position of the vehicle is in the area of the area information and if the current time is in the time period of the time period information. In this way, the persons in a following vehicle (20) can very easily recognize the advertisement even though an apparatus (10) is not mounted on the following vehicle (20). Additionally, the advertiser can provide a more effective advertisement.</p>
