<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithium laminated member which is capable of improving the performance of a lithium film, and a method for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: A lithium laminated film 23 (the lithium laminated member) is formed by depositing a lithium film 22 on a base film 21 (a base) by a vapor deposition method within a vacuum chamber 10. After that, the lithium laminated film 23 is subjected to a treatment for using the lithium laminated film 23 as a part of an electronic device. The atmospheres within specific containers that contain the lithium laminated film 23 are adjusted to a specific atmosphere that contains an inert gas, CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>and a moisture content having a dew point of less than -20°C. The specific containers include the vacuum chamber 10, a workroom 11, a pass box 12 (an intermediate room) and the like. Consequently, characteristics of a battery using the lithium film, such as discoloration preventing properties, storage characteristics and battery capacity, are improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
