PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a simplified structure by preventing flow of wind at a cavity of a blank panel in order to improve air cooling effect, and also integrating structural components of the blank panel. SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus comprises a substrate 200 for mounting components, a plurality of slot mechanisms 300 including rail members for guiding insertion of mounting substrate, and a blank panel 100 to which the vacant slot mechanisms are inserted. The blank panel 100 integrates a plate member 1 having a flat surface almost equal in the size to the mounting substrate 200, and enabling insertion thereto of a part of a couple of sides parallel in the inserting direction of the flat surface with guidance of the rail member; a slot panel 2 with the plate member fixed to a side in the longitudinal direction to cover an aperture 301 of a slot mechanism; and a partitioning member 4 having the predetermined length in the inserting direction in the height equal to or lower than space distance provided to rise for partitioning the space to the plate member 1.
