<p>Described are bran for human consumption containing fibers in the amount of 37 % to 50% by weight based on the amount of bran, whereby the proportion of soluble fiber is 3.9 to 5.3 % by weight and the proportion of insoluble fiber is 33.1 to 44.7 % by weight based on the amount of bran, which have 3 to 5-fold higher level of hydration in comparison with raw bran and method for its preparing.</p> |
