<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain uniform light emission of an entire face without causing emission irregularity, even when a plurality of light source apparatuses are linearly connected. <P>SOLUTION: A case 2 of the light source apparatus 1 has a cubic shape and an opening on a surface 2a side. In the case 2, an outgoing window plate 5 is fixedly provided on a window plate attaching portion cut reaching to both ends of a longitudinal direction on the surface side of the opening, and an element mounting substrate 3 is housed and fixed on the bottom surface side of the opening 7 oppositely to the outgoing window plate 5. A transparent side surface plate 4 is fixedly provided on both wall surfaces of a longitudinal direction of the case 2 between the element mounting substrate 3 and the outgoing window plate 5, and transmits a part of a light from the semiconductor light emitting element 11. When the light source apparatuses 1 are linearly connected in a longitudinal direction, a part of a light from the semiconductor light emitting element 11 of each of the light source apparatuses 1 moves back and forth between the light source apparatuses 1, 1 adjacent to each other via the transparent side surface plate 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
