PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suitable fixture for Kelvin inspection by making it into elastic contact with a hand ball terminal 52 provided to an electronic component to be inspected 50. SOLUTION: The fixture for Kelvin inspection arranges two probes 20 in parallel to a socket 10, comprising an insulation material and brings plungers 24 of the two probes 20, together into elastic contact with one hand ball terminal 52 provided on the electronic component 50 to be inspected. The fixture makes a shape, providing a ridgeline at the center part of the cutting plane, by making the same oblique angle with respect to the axial direction and cutting an edge part protruding outward of the plungers 24 of the two probes 20 by two oblique faces 24a that are slightly different in direction about a shaft. The two probes 20 are arranged in the socket 10 so that the ridgelines 24b of the oblique cutting planes of the edge parts of the two plungers 24 face each other. The ridgeline 24b of the cutting plane of the edge part of the plunger 24 is made to abut against both the sides of the hand ball terminal 52. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
