PURPOSE: An automatic illegal call detection system and a method thereof are provided to detect an illegal call by the analysis of switch log information or CDR(Call Detail Record) information. CONSTITUTION: An illegal call detector(200) stores context parameters for illegal call detection according to a call pattern based on originating and receiving information. The illegal call detector detects an international telephone call as an illegal call in a line call matches a case stored one or more context parameters. |
