摘要 A method for manufacturing tangerine coffee using tangerine juice is provided to increase preference of consumers by making harmony of a taste of the tangerine and the taste of the coffee. A method for manufacturing tangerine coffee using tangerine juice comprises the following steps of: preparing tangerine, coffee powder, and creamer and white sugar; washing and paring the tangerine and making the tangerine juice; mixing the tangerine juice and dextrin, drying a mixed material at 45-65°C for 10-72 hours; making the tangerine juice powder; making tangerine coffee powder; and making tangerine coffee by dissolving the tangerine coffee powder in water.
