METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR MEASURING BONE DENSITY

An ultrasonic bone density measurement device is provided to improve the diagnosis accuracy of bone density by supplying a user interface allowing the ROI of bone density image. An ultrasonic bone density measurement device(100) measures the bone density of the patient and produces a bone density image. A diagnosis computer(200) receives the bone density image from the bone density measurement device and displays ROI including a plurality of predetermined images as the bone density image. The diagnosis computer includes a tilt control pointer and a height control pointer. The tilt control pointer the slope of a line used for dividing a plurality of regions while the height control pointer control the height of the line. The diagnosis computer compensates the ROI of the bone density image according to the tilt control pointer and the height control pointer.
