PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the number of control messages to be communicated by efficiently using the control messages.SOLUTION: A radio communication system comprises a transfer device which communicates with a mobile terminal via a base station which communicates with the mobile terminal by radio. The transfer device comprises: a router processing unit which holds RA (Router Advertisement) information indicating information about a network to which the mobile terminal is connected; and a control information management unit which receives a first control message transmitted from the mobile terminal so that the mobile terminal and the transfer device exchange information for performing communication. On receiving the first control message, the control information management unit acquires the RA information from the router processing unit, includes the acquired RA information in a second control message for replying to the first control message, and transmits the second control message including the RA information to the mobile terminal. |
