A plurality of connecting pieces (23) are bendably connected together on the bottom plate side thereof, and form a columnar body by being restrained from bending. A restraining plate (66) and a releasing plate (67) are provided so as to sandwich the top plate surface of the connecting piece therebetween, the restraining plate and the releasing plate sharing a common rotation axis. A restraining contact part (61) contacts the restraining plate (66) of the connecting piece (23) being fed out and makes the restraining plate (66) rotate such that the respective top plate surfaces of adjoining connecting pieces (23) are bridged by the restraining plate (66), and thereby the bending between the adjoining connecting pieces is restrained. On the other hand, a releasing contact part (62) contacts the releasing plate (67) of the connecting piece (23) being returned and makes the releasing plate (67) and the restraining plate (66) rotate, and thereby the restraint on the bending of adjoining connecting pieces is released. |
