The disclosure relates to the technical field of communications. Disclosed are a notification information display method and apparatus. The notification information display method comprises: receiving notification information in a screen locked state; determining a user type of a user who is to check the notification information; determining a display mode of the notification information according to the user type; and displaying the notification information according to the display mode, wherein the determining the type of a user who is to check the notification information comprises: detecting whether a wearable device belonging to a specific user exists in a predetermined region, and determining, according to the detection result, the type of the user who is to check the notification information; or collecting first physiological characteristic information of a user using an electronic device; comparing the first physiological characteristic information with pre-stored second physiological characteristic information of a specific user; and determining, according to the comparison result, the type of the user who is to check the notification information. The problem that a fixed notification information display mode cannot adapt to different usage scenarios is solved, and accordingly the effect of improving the adaptability of notification information display modes is achieved. |
