TRAINING DEVICE FOR ACQUIRING TECHNIQUE AND INCREASING ARMS MOTION FREQUENCY WHEN RUNNING

FIELD: sports.SUBSTANCE: training device for acquiring technique and increasing arms motion when running relates to production of sports simulators and can be used in athletics for improvement of running technique at short distances. Training device consists of two loops with hooks, two collars of different sizes: a smaller size collar for the wrist joint, a larger size collar for biceps, and a rope, which connects the said collars. One collar (larger) is put on the biceps, the other (smaller) is fixed at the point of the wrist joint.EFFECT: higher efficiency of arms motion when running on short distances due to use of auxiliary means that ensure higher frequency and rate of motion by maintaining optimum angles in elbow joints.1 cl, 2 dwg
