摘要 The present invention relates to a vibration isolation switchboard, and more specifically, to a vibration isolation switchboard where a vibration reduction device using an aluminum-scandium alloy is mounted to minimize transference of a seismic wave to the switchboard when an earthquake or the like occurs and a method for treating a surface of an aluminum-scandium alloy used in the same. The vibration isolation switchboard where a vibration reduction device using an aluminum-scandium alloy is mounted comprises a base member which is installed on a ground surface, a fixed member which is fixedly installed on an upper surface of the base member, a switchboard main body which is arranged on an upper part of the fixed member and has an electrical facility mounted on the interior thereof, a turntable which is installed on a lower surface of the switchboard main body, and a movement member which has one end coupled to the fixed member and the other end coupled to the turntable and rotated with respect to the one end coupled to the fixed member. When external force is applied, the external force applied to the switchboard main body is reduced by movement of the movement member. The fixed member and the movement member are made of aluminum-scandium alloys having an aluminum oxide (AL2O3) layer formed on a surface thereof. A plurality of pores are formed on the AL2O3 layer.
