The present invention relates to a 2-axis rotary positioning device capable of precisely controlling rotation of a target by adjusting backlash between a worm gear and a worm wheel gear, preventing rotation of the target against vibration and impact, and freely rotating the target in x-axis and z-axis directions through a simple operation, comprising: a fixed unit having a transverse adjusting unit; a horizontal rotary unit rotatably coupled to the fixing unit, rotated by an operation of the transverse adjusting unit, and having a longitudinal adjusting unit; and a vertical rotary unit rotatably coupled to the horizontal rotary unit, having a target, and rotated around a rotation center perpendicular to a rotation center of the horizontal rotary unit by an operation of the longitudinal adjusting unit. |
