A system includes hydropower plant 2 having upper 3 and lower basins, and disposed in hydraulic structure the hydraulic units 5 and 6, supplied with water by means of water conduits 7. At that, the system is equipped with wind 8 and solar 9 energy transformers, transforming their energy into electric power by means of inverse conduit 10 having pump installation 11 connecting upper and lower basins, and an activator 12. Hydraulic units, and wind and solar energy transformers are switched to the activator executed with capability of selective switching of hydraulic units and/or wind and/or solar energy transformers having power grid and/or pump installation.
