The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing noodles containing pepper leaf powder, the noodles containing pepper leaf powder manufactured thereby, and a noodle product including the noodles containing pepper leaf powder. The method for manufacturing noodles containing pepper leaf powder comprises the following steps: (a) manufacturing the pepper leaf powder by freeze-drying pepper leaves and pulverizing the freeze-dried pepper leaves; (b) manufacturing a mixture by adding puffed rice into flour, and adding the pepper leaf powder manufactured in step (a) thereto; and (c) making noodles by adding salt and water to the mixture manufactured in step (b) to make dough, and aging the dough before making noodles using the dough. The method of the present invention can satisfy nutritional aspects and customers tastes. |
