The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing chicken rice soup with Dendropanax morbiferus H.LEV. by using a caldron, capable of removing unique smell and fat of a chicken to improve palatability by using health functional restorative herbal materials, and improving health as well. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the method comprises the following steps: (a) preparing foodstuffs including restorative herbal materials including Dendropanax morbiferus H.LEV., Smilax china L., pine tree Boston ivy, Selaginella tamariscina, and wild-cultivated ginseng, slaughtered chickens and water; (b) inserting all foodstuffs except the wild-cultivated ginseng among the prepared foodstuffs into a caldron and boiling the inserted foodstuffs with wood fire for 200 minutes or more; (c) putting out the boiled chickens from the caldron and picking out lean meat with hands; (d) keeping broth filtered from the caldron and the lean meat of chickens in a separate vessel; and (e) inserting the kept broth and lean meat of chickens in a soup pot, heating up the soup pot and inserting the wild cultivated ginseng into the soup pot. |
