PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor environment optimization system or the like, capable of optimizing a floor environment without adding any new means.SOLUTION: A floor environment optimization device 50 includes: an information gathering section 100 which acquires a list of users on the floors of an office from an attendance management device 10; a user arrangement calculation section 101 which collates the acquired list of the users with a previously stored user arrangement database 111, and determines whether there is an area where there is no person on the floors of the office; and an air conditioner control section 103 which commands an air conditioning facility management device 20 so as to stops the air conditioner in an area where no person is present in such a case. |
