PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a resin composition that excels in coextrusion molding, and in which interlayer adhesiveness in an obtained laminate is excellent; and a laminate including a layer comprising the resin composition.SOLUTION: A resin composition includes: 0.5-40 wt.% of a polypropylene-based resin that contains modified polypropylene in which a polypropylene-based resin is modified by an unsaturated carboxylic acid; 20-80 wt.% of a propylene-based copolymer in which propylene is 80-95 wt.%, and α-olefin other than ethylene and/or propylene is 20-5 wt.%; and 1-30 wt.% of an ethylene/α-olefin copolymer in which ethylene is 60-90 wt.% and α-olefin is 40-10 wt.%. |
