FIELD: construction; technological processes.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to water treatment plants. Unit comprises a housing arranged on supports, grid made in the form of a closed filtering cloth with rod-fixed catching hook rows connecting drive chains, as well as a device for cleaning said grid. Cleaning device is made in the form of a brush of flexible rods and is connected with an individual rotation drive. Each catching hook is made in the form of a half-bent band of sheet resilient spring material, in the middle part of which there is a hook, in end parts of which there are holes for rods with internal spacer bushings. Along the contour of holes in the band there are semicircular outer-side-molded recesses.EFFECT: invention provides simplified technology of making catching hooks and filtering cloth.1 cl, 6 dwg |
