摘要 |
A photon-crystal device having anti-phase wave obstacles relates to electromagnetic radio devices based on microstrip photon crystals and can be used for signal selection. The device comprises a dielectric base wherein a row of obstacles is made, which is positioned with preset rate. On one side the base is metalized, on the other base side a signaling wire is positioned above obstacles row. Adjacent wave obstacles have wave resistancesand, and which correspond to conditionswherecharacteristic impedance of uniform region of the device. The technical result is provision of additional features in formation of frequency characteristics and decrease of device size via performing obstacles row from one-by-one arranged anti-phase wave obstacles. |
