Method for element analysis of water solution that includes X-ray radiation of a sample of material, registration and study of spectrum of fluorescence of radiated sample. One prepares additional solution that includes solution under investigation with known additional amount of elementary component content of which is determined, with carrying out X-ray-fluorescent analysis of additional solution, and concentration of elementary component is determined at comparison of spectra of fluorescence of the sample under investigation and additional solution by formula:,where- percent content of elementary component by data of RFI of the solution under investigation;- percent content of elementary component by data of RFI of the additional solution;- difference of concentrations of elementary component in additional solution and solution under investigation. |
