A wireless frame transmission method and device are provided in embodiments of the present invention. The method comprises: generating an A-MPDU comprising M A-MPDU subframes, M being a positive integer, each A-MPDU subframe comprising first indication information and an MPDU, said first indication information being used to indicate the A-MPDU is directed to a plurality of target stations, each MPDU comprising second indication information and a data payload, said second indication information being used to indicate the target station of the data payload of the MPDU associated with the second indication information; sending the A-MPDU to the target station indicated by the second indication information in each A-MPDU subframe. By adding indication information indicating transmission to a plurality of stations, the invention allows for effective and reliable transmission of MPDUs to a plurality of stations by means of an A-MPDU.
