Provided is a low-water heating/cooling device for an internal-combustion engine, said low-water heating/cooling device being equipped with: an EGR device (22) that recirculates some of an exhaust gas of an internal-combustion engine (11) back to an intake passage (12) as an EGR gas; and a low-water heating/cooling water circuit (39) that circulates a cooling water between an intercooler (21), which cools an intake gas of the internal-combustion engine, an EGR cooler (25), which cools the EGR gas, and a radiator (34). The low-water heating/cooling device is further equipped with: prediction units (33, 102, 202, 302) that, during the implementation of control that cools the EGR gas at the EGR cooler and dehumidifies, predict, on the basis of the outside air environment and/or the operation state of the internal-combustion engine, whether the cooling ability of the EGR cooler will become insufficient; and control units (33, 103, 203, 304, 307, 308) that, when a prediction unit predicts that the cooling ability of the EGR cooler will become insufficient, implement at least one of the following: a first increase control that increases the flow-rate of the cooling water flowing into the EGR cooler; a second increase control that increases the airflow of a radiator fan (44) that cools the radiator; and a prohibition control that prohibits recirculation of the EGR gas. |
