A vertical rod plastic-coated aluminium LED lamp, composed of a cylindrical polycarbonate tube (1), an LED chip (2), MCPCB aluminium base plates (3), a cylindrical vertical rod (4), a circuit board (5), a heat dissipating body (6), a polycarbonate lamp body (7), and a lamp cap (8), the upper end of the cylindrical polycarbonate tube (1) being sealed and the lower end being open, the lower end of the cylindrical polycarbonate tube (1) being connected to the upper end of the polycarbonate lamp body (7) by means of ultrasound welding or fastening, the heat dissipating body (6) being tightly secured in the polycarbonate lamp body (7), the circuit board (5) being mounted in the heat dissipating body (6), the cylindrical vertical rod (4) being positioned in the cylindrical polycarbonate tube (1), the lower end thereof being inserted into the heat dissipating body (6), the surface and the top part of the cylindrical vertical rod (4) being fixedly provided with aluminium base plates (3), the LED chip (2) being mounted on and electrically connected to the MCPCB aluminium base plate (3), the lamp cap (8) being secured to the lower end of the polycarbonate lamp body (7), the lamp cap (8) being electrically connected to the MCPCB aluminium base plates (3) by means of the circuit board (5). The whole of the present vertical rod plastic-coated aluminium LED lamp uses an entirely plastic outer shell, being low-temperature and highly safe, preventing electric leakage and heat generation, and increasing the angle and uniformity of light emission. |
