PURPOSE: The sludge decomposing structure of a purifying apparatus using a water decomposing technique is provided to rapidly implement purification by completely implementing the functions of a flow adjusting tank, a decomposing tank, a chemical tank, a precipitating tank, a floating tank, and a stabilizing tank using one device. CONSTITUTION: A wing(13) rotates in a first decomposition-purification-pressurization-floating chamber(10), and an aerator(22) is formed at the lower side of the chamber. A plurality of decomposing pentahedrons(14) is installed in the chamber. An anionic grille and a cationic grille are alternately formed on the lateral side of the decomposing pentahedrons. Electromagnets are installed on the outside of the chamber. Vibration plates formed on the decomposing pentahedrons vibrate based on magnetic force. A plurality of protrusions is formed between the vibration plates. |
