PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create charcoal inlets for water cleaning by utilizing carbonized material and to form the charcoal inlets which are laid on a reverbed, utilize the flow of the nature and are excellent in terms of efficiency and labor. SOLUTION: The charcoal inlet 3 of a measure type made of concrete is formed by utilizing the carbonized material. The carbonizes material is vertically inserted into containers 5 of squares and the containers are laid on the riverbed. The naturally gathered water efficiently repeats the water cleaning. The simple replacement of the carbonizes material is possible at the time for replacement of the carbonized material after long-term cleaning. Installation and execution costs for laying the charcoal inlets 3 on the riverbed are low. The functions of the carbonized material widen the applications to the water cleaning, air cleaning, soil conditioning, human health management, environment cleaning, etc.
