PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ESD current occurrence prevention method by which a steep ESD current does not flow in a base made of metal from an insulation sheet constituted of an insulating sheet and a magnetic shield plate or constituted of the insulating sheet, the magnetic shield plate, a sound absorption member and the like and a leakage magnetic flux is effectively attenuated at a low cost and to provide a magnetic disk apparatus. SOLUTION: An antistatic member is interposed between the magnetic shield plate and the base made of metal. The antistatic member is e.g. an antistatic film having 1×10<SP>5</SP>to 1×10<SP>12</SP>Ω/square surface resistivity. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
