PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method for three-dimensional point-based modeling. SOLUTION: The device for three-dimensional point-based modeling generates scene information using point information related to a three-dimensional polygonal object and position, rotation and size information in a scene of the three-dimensional polygonal object. According to this, the whole scene can be effectively managed with an improved modeling speed of three-dimensional image, and the resolution for each object can be easily adjusted.
