PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the workload of inputting comments to be added to audio data. SOLUTION: A PC 2 performs the processing of: storing schedule information having schedule date/time information representing date/time and character string information associated with the schedule date/time information; acquiring from an IC recorder 1 audio data date/time information that is information representing a date/time attached to audio data recorded in the IC recorder 1; associating the audio data with the schedule information according to the audio data date/time information and schedule date/time information; and sending to the IC recorder 1 the character string information in the schedule information associated with the audio data by the association.
