PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily provide a sightly layout image when laying out a plurality of images. SOLUTION: A face detection part 28 detects size and the gravity center of a face area of the image performed with the layout. A layout part 30 disposes a first image to be first disposed in a base image, and a second and subsequent images are each disposed in the base image such that a distance between the gravity center of the face area of the already disposed image and the gravity center of the face area of the image to be disposed becomes a prescribed distance at which the whole face area of the already disposed image can be visually recognized.
