<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document distribution method which has functions of preventing alteration of document data, authenticating the genuineness, and preventing unauthorized use by using use control information separated into invisible data embedded in digitized data as an electronic watermark and visible data described in a structured document. <P>SOLUTION: The document management method includes: (A) a step of acquiring information in which use control information is embedded as visually or auditorily unrecognizable watermark data, as digitized data ; (B) a step of extracting the use control information from the digitized data; (C) a step of acquiring document information of document data made of specific text data, image data, music data, and other digitized data that correspond to the access control information; and (D) a step of creating a structured document in which identifiers are respectively set for a plurality of information items in the document information and information contents of each information item are enclosed in each respective identifier. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
