PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active vibration control device capable of efficiently reducing vibration transmitted from a bogie or an under floor apparatus to an interior floor plate. SOLUTION: Since an actuator device 65 is provided between the interior floor plate 7 and a floor support member 5, vibration transmitted from the bogie or the under floor apparatus to the interior floor plate 7 can be efficiently reduced by canceling vibration by generating exciting force of the actuator device 65 in reverse phase of the vibration when the vibration generated from the bogie or the under floor apparatus is transmitted to the interior floor panel 7 via a structure floor 4 and the floor support member 5. As a result, comfort in a cabin can be improved. Moreover, since a vibration isolation rubber member 61 is arranged so as to overlap with the actuator device 65, not only effect by the actuator device 65 but also vibration control effect by the vibration isolation rubber member 61 can be simultaneously provided, and vibration attenuation function and vibration isolation function are efficiently displayed.
