PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damper capable of always obtaining the same impact resistance with a simple structure without increase in thickness directional dimension. SOLUTION: The rubber damper 20 having a bottom wall for supporting portable electronic equipment from underside comprises a cutout part 24 formed in a bottom wall 22.
