An injection-molded or pressure-cast LED(Light Emitting Diode) lampshade with an IMD(In-Mold Decoration) film is provided to change light of a blue LED chip into white light by selecting color of fluorescent material. An IMD film(10) includes a transparent base layer(1), a released layer(2), a print layer(3), and an adhesion layer(4). The transparent base layer is made of material selected from a group consisting of PET(PolyEster), PMMA(PolyMethylMethAcrylate), PC(PolyCarbonate), ABS(Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene), PS(PolyStyrene), and a paper. The released layer is made of transparent or colored hydrophilic material and covered on one side surface of the transparent base layer. The print layer is made of one of colored fluorescent material and colored ink and covered on one side surface of the released layer by facing the transparent base layer through a printing machine. The adhesion layer is covered on one side surface of the print layer by facing the released layer through the printing machine. |
