PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dual energy system and its image collection method for collecting images different in energy at the highest driving rate of a planar detector by making a period that an X-ray cannot be radiated shorter than a period that an X-ray of the planar detector cannot be radiated. SOLUTION: An X-ray diagnostic treatment device 10 comprises an X-ray tube 22, an X-ray generation part having a filter part 23, an X-ray detection part 12 having the planar detector 32, and a system control unit 15. The filter part 23 comprises a plurality of filters having different X-ray absorption characteristics.
