PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile receiving apparatus for realizing receiving operation of one-seg broadcast signal within car interior under the condition that the power supply voltage is obtained from a cigarette socket without necessity of an independent power supply adapter. SOLUTION: The apparatus includes a one-seg tuner for selecting a channel of the one-seg broadcast signal, a video/audio signal reproducing unit for reproducing a video signal and an audio signal by processing a channel selection output signal from the one-seg tuner, a cigar-socket plug unit 12 connected through insertion to the cigar-socket of the car, a power supply voltage supplying unit for supplying a power supply voltage based on the voltage from the car supplied through the cigar-socket plug unit 12 to the one-seg tuner and the video/audio signal reproducing unit, and a cabinet 11 to accommodate therein the one-seg tuner, video/audio signal reproducing unit, and power supply voltage unit and to form an external plug loading unit 14 of the cigarette plug unit 12.
