PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exactly maintain a positional relationship of LED elements and a light guide plate, in a lighting system performing planar illumination by guiding light from the LED elements to the light guide plate.

SOLUTION: A positional relationship of a plurality of LED elements (2) and the light guide plate (1) is exactly maintained by providing positioning bosses (3) fitted in the same process as the LED elements (2) at a printed board (4) with the plurality of LED elements (2) mounted, and adhering and fixing the printed board (4) and the light guide plate (1) with the positioning bosses (3) in a state insertion-coupled with holes (110, 111) fitted to the light guide plate (1).
