<p>Mould (100) for pastry products containing the upper part (1) with a shaped cavity (14), where the upper part (1) is composing of one part (10) or two joined tilting parts, whereby the upper part (1) is associated to a lower part (2) which consisting from a cutting part (22) and a shaping part (21), which is associated to the front side (23) of a cutting part (22). The shaped cavity (14) of the upper part (1) and the shaping part (21) of the lower part (2) have a conical shape and the cutting part (22) has a cylindrical shape. A diameter of the cutting part (22) is at least as large as the outer diameter (141) of the shaped cavity (14).</p> |
