<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing simply and efficiently a ceramic structure having recesses of a required pattern formed on its surface and a method for manufacturing simply and efficiently a ceramic structure having voids of a required pattern formed in its internal. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the ceramic structure comprises a process of forming the recesses 12 on a ceramic green sheet 1 by pressing a die 10 on the surface of the ceramic green sheet 1 and a process of calcining the ceramic green sheet 1. Regarding formation of the voids in the internal in addition to the recesses 12, a plurality of ceramic green sheets containing the ceramic green sheet 1 are laminated and calcined after the process of forming the recesses on a ceramic green sheet 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
