Provided are a fault processing method, device and system, ensuring the continuity of a voice service, and improving user experience. The method comprises: after a first service centralization and continuity application server (SCC AS) has a fault, a second SCC AS receives an identification of an ATCF device accessed by a user equipment transmitted by an HSS, the second SCC AS being determined after a CSCF device detects the fault of the first SCC AS; according to the identification of the ATCF device, the second SCC AS transmits an identification thereof to the ATCF device; the second SCC AS receives a switch request transmitted by the ATCF device according to the identification of the second SCC AS. |
