PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To issue a notification relating to continuity of autonomous driving with high accuracy and sufficiently in advance when accuracy for estimating a position of an own vehicle degrades.SOLUTION: A vehicle-mounted control device comprises: a vehicle-position/attitude-error identification unit 103 that identifies a position error of an own vehicle; a travel-control-continuity-information determination unit 109 that determines information about continuity of a travel controlled state of the own vehicle on the basis of the position error of the own vehicle which has been identified by the vehicle-position/attitude-error identification unit 103; and a travel-control-continuity-information output unit 110 that outputs the information about the continuity of the travel controlled state of the own vehicle which has been determined by the travel-control-continuity-information determination unit 109.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
