PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the phase difference detection precision in an imaging device having a phase difference detection function.SOLUTION: A control device for controlling imaging means (105) having plural photoelectric conversion elements for one micro lens, the micro lenses being arranged two-dimensionally, has control means (106, 110) for controlling reading of signals of the plural photoelectric conversion elements so that phase differences in plural different directions to each other can be detected. The control means mixes and reads out signals of some photoelectric conversion elements out of the plural photoelectric conversion elements and signals of other photoelectric conversion elements arranged in a first direction out of the plural directions to some photoelectric conversion elements, and then the mixed signals and signals of other photoelectric conversion elements arranged in a second direction different form the first direction out of the plural directions are mixed and read out.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
