PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that although a wall outlet installed behind furniture etc., placed alongside the wall is used with an extension cord connected while its table tap is put on the floor in front of the furniture etc., it is troublesome to insert and extract a plug with both hands since the table tap body is not fixed, and further the table tap body placed freely on the floor is an obstacle to a person movement and cleaning.SOLUTION: A reverse side of a table tap body is mounted on a longitudinal piece B of an L-shaped step board 1a with set screws 7, and a step face A of a lateral piece is held between a lower end part 6 at an arbitrary position of furniture etc., and a floor surface 8.
