PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an X-ray anode device having excellent heat radiation performance and high reliability.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing an X-ray anode device, comprises: a step of providing a rhodium, molybdenum or tungsten anode 2; a step of providing a heat dispersion portion 4 formed of molybdenum and/or tungsten composite material having a thermal expansion coefficient which is matched with the thermal expansion coefficient of an anode; a step of mounting the anode on the heat dispersion portion 4 through a joint material layer 10 of gold, silver or gold or silver alloy therebetween; and a step of joining the anode to the heat dispersion portion by a joint material. The step of joining the anode to the heat dispersion portion contains a step of diffusion-joining the anode to the heat dispersion portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
