PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulation treatment device which allows for quality improvement of an insulation treatment section, by stabilizing the impregnation region into a resin material, thereby stabilizing the adhesion area of the resin material to a joint.SOLUTION: An insulation treatment device 100 including a resin tank 20 housing a resin material R, and a lifting device 30 for lowering the joint of a segment coil 11 of a stator 10 toward the resin tank 20, is further provided with a first sensor 51 for measuring a position of a surface S1 of the resin material R in the vertical direction, a second sensor 52 for measuring a position of a reference surface S2 of the stator 10 in the vertical direction before lowering the stator 10, and a controller 50 for controlling the lowering amount of the stator 10 by means of the lifting device 30. The controller 50 calculates the lowering amount of the stator 10, on the basis of the position measured by means of the first sensor 51, and the position measured by means of the second sensor 52.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
