<p>PURPOSE: A product is provided to have a metallic surface coated by a coating material with durability, and low frictional coefficient, and to be able to be hardened for relatively short time at relatively lower temperature. CONSTITUTION: A product comprises a metallic surface, a primer layer arranged on the surface of the metallic surface, and a top coat arranged on the primer layer. The primer layer is formed from a primer composition containing a silanol-containing organopolysiloxane resin, and a crosslinking agent. The top coat is formed from a top coat composition containing alkenyl-functional polyorganosiloxane, organohydrogensiloxane, and a hydrosilylation catalyst. The crosslinking agent is alkyl silicate.</p> |
