SENSING ELECTRODE COMPRISING INTERCONNECTED DIAMOND NANOFLAKES AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

A sensing electrode is able to be manufactured comprising: a step of injecting a source gas including hydrogen and hydrocarbon into a reaction chamber where a substrate and a filament are located; a step of heating the substrate at a temperature between 850-930 degree Celsius; a step of activating the source gas by heating the filament; and a step of forming an electrode layer on the heated substrate. The electrode layer is formed with a graphene layer and inter-connected diamond nanoflakes inserted into the graphene layer. Conductivity is improved by interconnection among the diamond nanoflakes, and electrochemical performance of the sensing electrode is able to be improved.
