PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus which solves various problems caused by starting charging a capacitor simultaneously with a power on.SOLUTION: A CPU 11 operates on receiving power supply from a capacitor C when a power is cut off, and on detecting the cut-off of the power, controls a voice output circuit 14 to output a voice of "Do not release." to make a notification of a release of a plug. Also, after starting the power ON, the CPU 11 determines whether the capacitor C is being charged or completed to charge and causes an LED 12 to blink until the charge completion is determined.
